Built on 25+ years of research into executive effectiveness, their power, elegance, and ability to capture an executive’s attention are proven daily in my work and in the work of thousands of practitioners around the world.

With more than 25 years of experience in finance and business operations, including small business consulting and tax preparation, I bring discipline with a gentle touch to managing our finances and operations. My job is to provide enthusiastic support to fuel our positive atmosphere and passion for world-class customer service. I am a native of North Carolina and have a B.S. degree in Accounting from Elon University.

Mary Grace Elsner

Director of Program Coordination

I lead our admin and project coordination team with customer service and planning skills learned in previous careers as a teacher and small business owner. I strive to set a tone of hard work, attention to detail, and good cheer—which shows up in the positive attitude and thorough responsiveness our admin team is known for. My M.A. degree is in Library and Information Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

I use data and analysis to tell meaningful stories about people. With two decades of experience in internal and external consulting, I've built a skillset around communicating complex assessment results in real-world terms. I keep our content consistent, engaging, and accessible, ensuring that each Integrated Personality Summary pulls the deeper meaning of a Hogan personality profile into sharp relief. I earned M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa under the mentorship of Robert and Joyce Hogan.
