I use data and analysis to tell meaningful stories about people. With two decades of experience in internal and external consulting, I've built a skillset around communicating complex assessment results in real-world terms. I keep our content consistent, engaging, and accessible, ensuring that each Integrated Personality Summary pulls the deeper meaning of a Hogan personality profile into sharp relief. I earned M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa under the mentorship of Robert and Joyce Hogan.
