There is a strong focus on the under-representation of women in top management. The public debate is based on the notion of a "glass ceiling," an invisible barrier of bias preventing talented women from reaching the highest levels of leadership.
Based on his latest international research and work helping global companies to advance more women into executive roles, Rob was invited to address a crowd of HR and Talent Management professionals in Denmark with his challenge to this common narrative. His speech also introduced a more viable way to help achieve gender parity in corporate leadership.
