Integrating Personality Assessment and 360 Feedback to Develop Leaders

Personality assessment and 360 feedback are distinct, but complementary, tools in leadership development. In this workshop at the Society of Consulting Psychology conference in Philadelphia, Rob and Bob Hogan—author of the suite of Hogan personality inventories and president of Hogan Assessment Systems—taught a systematic method for combining these tools based on the latest behavioral science. Two interactive cases provided an opportunity to apply the method in the art of executive development.
